  • The product must have been purchased directly from our website.
  • We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us process your claim.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because skincare results can vary from person to person, we encourage you to use the product as directed during the guarantee period.

How Long Does Delivery Take ?

Once your order is packed, we drop it off at Courier Guy. As soon as Courier Guy scans your parcel, you’ll automatically receive an SMS or email with your tracking number.

You can then track your delivery directly on the Courier Guy tracking page using the number provided and see the real-time status of your delivery.

Policies - Refunds & Returns

Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • Include your proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
  • If it is our mistake, return shipping is free. If not ,the customer covers return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and approve your return. If your refund is approved, you’ll get an email confirmation once the payment is made.
